Financially ethical: We seek to be an ethical purchaser of goods and services. We charge fairly based on the value our services add to our clients’ mission. We track our time and don’t exaggerate or over-bill.
Sustainability
Offset the negative: Track and offset our carbon footprint; offer offsetting to clients as part of our quotes.
Circular & creative: Recycle, upcycle, we embrace the circular and sharing economies. We seek new tools to reduce our impact and bring nature back into our lives. We can ALWAYS be bothered to recycle our plastics!
Sustainable purchasing: We buy recycled, we minimise travel. Trains over planes.
Inclusion
Diversity: Our team is international and diverse, getting more so as we grow. We are feminists.
Different needs: We offer a little extra help to team members who need it. We help each other so everyone can have a chance to do great work.
