How we strive to be an ethical, sustainable and inclusive organisation

How we create impact

Our impact hypothesis is that by fostering diverse and underrepresented talent, we can provide impactful communications work that will elevate both the team members involved, and the end client we work with.

In our 2024 Impact Report (published in 2025 and available on request) we identified three key areas where we made a difference:

  1. Telling Important Stories: In 2024 we highlighted the importance of protecting schools in conflict, helped rethink strategies to end child exploitation, and raised youth voices for democracy. Campaigns we developed and delivered with our partners reached millions globally.
  2. Making the Internet a Better Place: We spread positive and affirming messages by raising the voices of nonprofits and social enterprises on social media. We delivered inclusive web development and mindful social media strategies, helping to create more ethical and engaging digital spaces. Our web content development, data-driven strategies and media agency play a part in shaping the information environment for everyone’s wellbeing and understanding of diverse perspectives.
  3. Empowering Ourselves and Others: We invested in the team’s growth, expanded our inclusive advisory panels, and mentored emerging talent through curated internships and apprenticeships.
